UNREFINED HONEYCOMB PORTHOLE DOOR

 

Unrefined honeycomb porthole door for exhibitions, congresses and museums.

The hole of the porthole in the drawing is the standard one, but it can be made in any size and position. The porthole door is delivered with the frame already cut for the fastening of a 4mm glass (glass not supplied).

The doors are supplied already including the case and all the hardware (handle excluded), squared and milled ready to be installed in the various events.

The porthole door panel is not reversible, and therefore can be assembled DX or SX depending on the assembly of the set-up used for the various events.

All our honeycomb panels are built with top quality materials:

  • The covers are always smoothed to ensure perfect bonding.
  • the frame is in finger joint spruce without knots and always produced with entire rods.
  • The honeycomb is perforated and of high weight to ensure maximum stability.
  • Vents are installed on all the tops of the panel to facilitate the correct flow of gases after pressing and during the cooling phase, thus avoiding bulging of the covers.
  • First class vinyl glues together with the materials used in the construction complete the panels.

We produce any outsized panel, even 1 piece.

We perform any production, from general drawing to a specific customer’s design.
